Delivery Policy

ZULAK NASKAR sells digital products only. There is no physical shipment, so no shipping charges apply to any order.

1. Delivery Method

All Excel sheets, PDFs, guides, ebooks and templates are delivered digitally. Immediately after a successful payment you will receive your access link and files on:

• The WhatsApp number you entered at checkout, and
• The email address you entered at checkout.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery is normally instant (within a few minutes of payment confirmation). In rare cases of a payment gateway or network delay, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

3. Not Received Your Order?

Please first check your WhatsApp message requests and your email Spam, Promotions or Updates folders. If you still have not received your product, email us at engineers69hub@gmail.com with your Order ID / transaction ID and we will resend it, usually within a few hours.

4. Incorrect Contact Details

Delivery depends on the phone number and email address provided at checkout. If these are entered incorrectly, please contact support with the correct details and your Order ID so we can re-deliver your purchase.

5. Access Duration

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, access to purchased files is lifetime and can be re-requested from support at any time.
